On this tour you will see:
TRUMP TOWER – Beautiful Trump Tower in Midtown NYC is home to the Trump Grill restaurant, Trump Bar, Trump Store, Trump Cafe and more. The front door of the building was made famous for being the scene of exits for contestants on The Apprentice who have heard the words “you’re fired!”
TRUMP PARC – You’ll also drive by Trump Parc and Trump Parc East. With Central Park as their front yard, these two elegant buildings dating from the 1920s exemplify all the grandeur, elegance and lifestyle synonymous with Trump.
40 WALL STREET – For a brief moment in 1930, this was the tallest building in the world — it was quickly surpassed by the Chrysler Building and then the Empire State Building. Another fascinating fact is this is the first building in New York City to be hit by an airplane.
TRUMP PLACE – Trump Place is one of the most impressive residential communities created in New York City since the turn of the century. The property extends along the Hudson River from West 59th Street to West 72nd Street on 92 waterfront acres, formerly occupied by the Pennsylvania Rail Road yards. The re-development of the historic “West Side Yards” is known as one of the most ambitious and successful large scale development projects in Manhattan.
